Obituary

Kathleen A. “Kathy” Seliga, 66, of Rochester Mills, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at her home.

 

She was born April 24, 1956 to Bert and Josephine (Farbo) Seliga in Punxsutawney.

 

She was employed at Lily’s Restaurant and Bakery since it opened. She enjoyed gardening, baking and the simple things in life.

 

She is survived by three daughters; Stacey Domb and Jason Painter, Punxsutawney, Heather Domb, Walston, and Kaylan Eddy and husband Leif, Rochester Mills, a grandson Ryan Smith, three brothers; Jerry Seliga, DuBois, Tony Seliga and wife Debbie, Punxsutawney and, Joey Seliga and wife Penny, Virginia and a sister Mary Geier and husband Ray, Virginia.  

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda Seliga.

 

There will be no services

 

Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Punxsutawney.

 

The McCabe Funeral Home,Inc., has been entrusted with the arrangements.

 

Memorial donations may be made to Lisa’s Ladybugs, PO Box 692, Punxsutawney, PA 15767 or Birdies Closet, 835 Hospital Road, Indiana, PA 15701-0788.

 

The family would like friends and family to stop in at Lily’s Restaurant and Bakery for a nice meal and a piece of pie in remembrance of Kathy.
