Lynn E. McCracken

Lynn E. McCracken,86 of Mahaffey passed away, Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at UPMC Altoona.
Mr. McCracken was born April 19, 1930 in Lumber City, a son of the late David and Icie (Meckley) McCracken.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Joyce A. (Hipps) Meckley on April 20, 1026. They were married 65 years.
Lynn loved hunting and being in the outdoors. He also loved woodworking and gardening.
He is survived by four sons; Gerald and Laura McCracken, Dennis and Belinda McCracken all of Curwensville, Albert and Cheri McCracken of Northern Cambria, Robert McCracken and Wendy Walk both of Rossiter and one daughter; Cindy McCracken of Mahaffey. Nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife Joyce, he was preceded in death by his siblings; Oliver and Blair McCracken, Elizabeth (Tib) Poole and Hazel Proud.
There will be no public visitation.
