Kenneth Stiteler
October 23, 1925 — August 20, 2016
Kenneth Stiteler, 90 of Smicksburg, went to be with the Lord Friday, August 19, 2016.
Mr. Stiteler was born October 23, 1925 in Smicksburg a son of the late Virgil and Ruth (McClelland) Stiteler.
He was a WWII veteran of the US Navy.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Mildred A. "Mim" (Niel) Stiteler of Smicksburg.
He was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Smicksburg where he was a very active lay leader. Ken loved to hunt and fish as well as gardening and traveling.
In addition to his wife "Mim", he is survived by one sister; Virginia Seger of Rossiter and numerous nieces and nephews who adored him. He was preceded in death by four brothers; Walter, Robert, Malvern and Keith Stiteler and four sisters; Ruth Bussard, Dorothy Stiteler, Janet Seger and Barbara Sutter.
Friends will be received from 10 until Noon Saturday, August 27 at the Salem Lutheran Church in Smicksburg where a memorial service will follow at Noon with Pastor Arlene Schweitzer officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.
