Kathleen Thorp

Kathleen (Trimblett) Thorp, 42, of Grampian, unexpectedly passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 at her home.

She was born September 15, 1983 to the late John and Ann Trimblett, Sr. in Bayonne, NJ.

Kathleen was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Grampian. She was a graduate of Bayonne High School and New Jersey City University. She worked in the medical billing office of Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Alan J. Thorp, a daughter, Alana Thorp and a son Jace Thorp, all of Grampian. Three brothers and a sister, Johnny Trimblett, Jr., Christopher Trimblett and wife Donna, Thomas Trimblett, and Carol Ann Trimblett DeStefano and husband Tony, all of New Jersey and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends will be received on Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A prayer service will take place at 4:00 PM at the Waldron Funeral Home, Mahaffey, 831 Market St., Mahaffey, PA 15757.

Interment will take place at St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Grampian.
