Gregg A. Golias, 62, of LaJose, PA (formerly of Milltown, NJ) passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at his home. 

He was born April 17, 1961 to John and Elizabeth (Pluto) Golias in Princeton, New Jersey.

Gregg retired from ExxonMobil after 34 years of service. He was a man of many passions and enjoyed gardening, was an avid hunter and a lover of the outdoors. He was an Eagle Scout and volunteered his time for many years as an Eagle Scout Mentor. He was known for his sense of humor, kindness, and willingness to help others. Gregg was devoted to his friends, his family and most importantly his faith in God.     

He is survived by his bride of 37 years, Barbara (Smith) Golias, LaJose, PA; a son, Michael R. Golias and wife Johanna, Laguna Hills, CA; a daughter, Lauren G. Dodd and husband William, Piedmont, SC; the love and joy of his life, his two grandchildren, Delaney and Reid, his mother Elizabeth Golias; two brothers, John Golias, Jr., and Glenn Golias and wife Stephanie; a brother-in-law Barry Smith and wife Kay; two grand dogs Ellie and Poppy; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his father John, and his in-laws,  Arnold and Helen Smith.

Friends will be received on Friday November 10, 2023, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at the Waldron Funeral Home, 831 Market Street, Mahaffey, PA 15757 with Rev. Richard LaFountain officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the LaJose Word of God Church, 60 Market Street, PO Box 48, LaJose, PA 15753.
