Diana Kay (Fisher) Miller

Diana K. Miller, 78, of Anita, passed away Wednesday, February 09, 2022, at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh.

She was born November 13, 1943 to the late Jay and Edna (Fetterman) Fisher in Indiana.

Diana was a member of First Church of God in Punxsutawney. She was a 1961 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School. Diana was a former tax collector, auditor and election monitor for McCalmont Township. Diana married the late Leroy H. Miller in October, 1962. She was very active earlier in her life with her husband and brother-in-law's business, Miller Brothers Carpentry in Anita. Diana managed the office and books. She also worked for H&R Block during tax season. Diana enjoyed cooking and especially baking for her family, and traveling. She and her husband almost visited all fifty states. She loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by five sons, Irwin L. Miller, and fiancee Autumn Markiewich,  Juneau, David L. Miller, and wife Lydia, Temple, Edward S. Miller, Punxsutawney, Gary L. Miller, Anita and Russell A. Miller, Punxsutawney, five grandchildren, Kimberly Fenstermaker, Gary L. Miller Jr., Melanie M. Mumau and husband Kristifer, Wendy M. Brncik and husband David, Christina Maldonado and husband Louis, nine great grandchildren, two sisters, Anna Mae Rishell and husband Ted, Rossiter, Marian Urish and husband John, Rossiter, three brothers, Kenneth Fisher, Rossiter, Wayne Fisher, Big Run, Willis Fisher and wife Wanda, Delancey, and a close adopted granddaughter Ashlynn Bartlebaugh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, an infant daughter, a son Thomas C. Miller, two sisters Dorothy Smith, June Fetterman,

Friends will be received on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home Inc., 114 Maple Ave., Punxsutawney, PA 15767.

Interment will take place at Mount Olive Cemetery, Panic.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Church of God, 23 Skyview Dr., Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
